A 2 star hotel considered superior tourist class. It is new, well equipped for an hotel of this category and tastefully decorated offers good value for money. The hotel is in the north of Paris a few minutes walk from the huge Butte Chaumont Park. This 8 storey modern hotel was built in 1998. The lobby is open plan with a spacious lounge area and is warm and welcoming. Rooms vary a lot in size and are in good condition. They are new , well decorated, with good facilities. Guest can enjoy breakfast and good French cuisine in the "Cote a Cote" restaurant, which is spacious and modern.

Other Comments : The rooms were very clean. Very small room & bathroom by American standards, but perhaps not by European. The attached restaurant served a great breakfast, which was included in my stay there. Within walking distance of Montmartre and very close to the subway. Grocery next door, with an all night vegetable market nearly across the street. A bit out of the way for downtown Paris, but the value for the money was very good. Staff was helpful & friendly, and the restaurant was a good value.
